for two days.

to hydrate yourself with at least 3-5 gallons of water during this phase of the
HCG diet. Drinking water helps remove toxins out of your body.

healthy all the time.
Even if the first phase allows you to eat anything,
try to consider foods that are high in health benefits. An apple or breadfruit
a day for the first two days of the loading stage of the program will not only
promise to help you lose weight but can also keep you fit.
